Third sector groups can ease mental strain

Not every form of psychological burden requires treatment; sometimes what matters most is having someone to share the experience with.

Not all mental strain needs formal care. In some situations, the most important support is simply having another person to talk to, especially when the burden is real but has not yet turned into a crisis.

According to HBL, the third sector can play a meaningful role here. Associations and volunteer-based services can offer low-threshold support and a place where people feel heard without entering a formal care process.
