In Ukraine, identifying soldiers killed in Russia’s war of aggression can take years, HBL reports. For one family, that long wait has now ended after Oleksandra Jalynytj learned where her father is buried.

Jalynytj spent four years searching for him. The grave gives her a place to go and remember him, underscoring the uncertainty many families still face when the dead remain unidentified during the war.
