People affected by Russian terror can now submit an application online to seek help. According to HBL, the process is meant to be the first step in a longer path toward support and recovery.

After the application is filed, a specialist will contact the applicant within a few days. If the application is accepted, the difficult road back can begin, with the digital service designed to make the first step faster.

The online form brings the initial assessment into one place and may reduce the burden of finding the right contact on your own. For many applicants, a quick response can be crucial at the very start of the process.
