A drone carrying explosives was found at Leipzig-Halle Airport in Germany in August. The case has now progressed to the point where German authorities are likely able to name the people suspected of the failed attacks.

According to Die Welt, the investigation has advanced far enough for the suspects to be identified. Iltalehti has previously reported that one of the suspects has ties to Finland, although officials have not released further details.
