Finland’s economy is now growing at its fastest pace in five years, Yle News reported on Thursday. The brighter outlook comes as inflation is slowing, a sign that price pressures are easing even as many households continue to feel the strain.

The recovery is not yet broad-based, however, because unemployment remains sky-high. That means the latest signs of momentum are encouraging, but they do not yet point to a full turnaround in the labour market.
